A Sneak Peek into Your Role:

• Contributing to Compliance processes by identifying opportunities for improved adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards
• Establish internal policies and procedures to monitor the PSP activities, financial and operational management of systems and to comply with all regulatory requirements
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes
• Continuously developing, enhancing, and embedding the financial crime and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) risk framework to manage regulatory and financial crime risks effectively across the organization
• Understand anti-money laundering and know-your-client requirements, as well drafting the know-your-client anti-money laundering and anti-corruption policies
• Execute Compliance risk assessments
• Assist in assigned projects
• Draft and finalize agreements
• Regulatory and jurisprudential analysis of the jurisdictions where the company operates.

You’re good at:

• Equipped with an esteemed Law Degree from a reputable institution
• Showcasing a minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance within the dynamic Fintech sector
• Solid understanding of Contract Law
• Professional proficient in English 
• Upholds unwavering Ethics & Integrity
• Demonstrates a strong sense of Accountability and Critical Thinking
• Driven by Result Orientation
• Displays Flexibility & Adaptability
• Possesses excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to analyze complex information and drive resolutions.
