What is important for us:
- experience in team management is desirable (organization of work of a division/branch, selection of necessary specialists);
- preferably experience in Fintech companies.
- ability to compile P&L/CF of companies, groups, holdings;
- work with budgeting, financial flow management, compilation, and control of the Holding’s reporting;
- experience of working with large volumes of data (transactional business);
- basic understanding of reporting in the world, ability to adapt to different geographies (Latin America).
- willingness to study the tax rules of the countries in which the company will develop.
- Process automation and accounting skills. Description of tasks for the development team to create automatic reports
- Proficiency in English at a level no lower than confident intermediate (spoken and written).
What you will do:
- Build a finance department from scratch.
- Gather the necessary team of specialists in the process of company development.
- Monitoring the fulfillment of obligations by accounting outsourcers in Latin America, the EU
- Communication on financial issues and protection of the company’s financial interests in all communications with counterparties
- Analysis of working capital.
- Provision of recommendations regarding the management of the company’s assets
- Prepare monthly financial statements (PnL, Cash flow) and operational financial reports.
- Payment planning and management in the EU and Latin America
- Salary calculation, verification of the correctness of calculations, implementation of analytical calculations for the CEO.
