Financial Executive – iGaming Payment Services

Your core responsibilities will encompass:

• Exhibit an unparalleled command of Brazilian financial regulations, with a specific focus on payment institutions.
• Harness your deep understanding of financial technology (FinTech) to optimize and automate our financial operations. Leverage technological solutions to enhance efficiency, transparency, and security in all financial processes.
• Work in collaboration with external auditors, stakeholders and lawyers to enable streamlined audits, ensuring accurate financial reporting. Execute the meticulous preparation and presentation of comprehensive financial reports to BACEN as mandated.
• Oversee the management of cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships with a keen eye on optimizing financial resources and ensuring seamless payment services.

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Finance, banking, business
• Proven experience working in Fintech, payment service providers or payment institutions will be highly regarded.
• A strong background in Fintech, coupled with a proven track record in financial management. Prior experience with iGaming payment service providers is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Brazilian financial regulations, particularly those pertaining to payment institutions. Being familiar with BACEN requirements will be highly valued.
• Creatively seek to automate reporting processes and financial management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is imperative for effective communication and the presentation of reports. Spanish will be highly valued.
• Residency in Brazil.
• A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Impeccable attention to detail, coupled with a creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
