LaFinteca is expanding its team, looking for talented professionals who share our vision of innovating and improving payment systems.

What is important for us:

• Understanding of modern methods of personnel selection and evaluation
• Willingness to work for results — timely and high-quality closing of vacancies;
• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher;
• Native-level proficiency in Spanish.

What you will do:

• Active search for candidates on various platforms (job search sites, social networks, messengers, etc.);
• Recruitment of personnel to the structural units of the company;
• Placing job ads on websites;
• Analysis of applicants’ resumes and initial selection of candidates;
• Conducting phone (video/chat) and personal interviews with candidates and assessing their qualification level;
• Organization of on-site interviews of candidates for vacant positions, and organization of feedback.
